Editing Problem in Action Figures and Toy Ships

Post by Griffworks » Fri Jul 06, 2018 4:38 am

Hey - I just discovered that there's an issue in the Action Figures and Toy Ships forums. You can't edit your posts. I went to edit a post I just made to give some spacing amongst pics and found that out.

No major biggy for me. I just thought to make it more appealing, visually.

I'm looking into it. I think a recent upgrade might have toggled something. Xen has not mentioned anything.

Edit: You should be able to. But testing your permissions you can't. I don't know.

Xen will have to look into this one.

OK, thanks! No worries. I just thought I'd report the issue. :)

i haven't touched the site since the upgrades.

weird. i saw the post buttons under this and a dummy account. viewtopic.php?f=22&t=333&start=40#p67980

however, when i posted the first time i got the following message:
L AST ERROR SIXTH JULY 2018.png
L AST ERROR SIXTH JULY 2018.png (91.28 KiB) Viewed 140 times
when i tried reloading, it posted.

when i tried posting a second time, no error, and it went right through.

may i have a screenshot of what you're seeing? no posts for new threads, posts for existing threads, wherever the issue is located.

This is weird. Last night there was no exit button. That was after viewing first on my PC, then my phone. Yet it’s there now, on my both my phone and PC.

My apologies. I promise I’m not the little boy crying “Wolf!”

no, it's weird things happening. sometimes easier to fix than others, with a process of elimination. if all is well now, i'll leave it. just keep an out in general and post in support if things go wrong.

No you're not. When I checked it with your permission the other night it was not there. But you say now it is.
