Re: Starcrafts 1:1400 TOS Enterprise (WiP)
Saucer green and red running lights done, so painting is finally complete!
Engineering decals are on, I must admit I've found the JT Graphics window decals to be rubbish - they break apart easily and the backing isn't quite transparent enough to blend with the hull.
I'm glad I got a second complete set, as I had a lot of trouble with the draft markers print falling apart too and general decal bending and misalignment. The whole kit is slightly out of alignment however, which does help hide some flaws.

This is finally FINISHED! After 5 months, final assembly and touch ups took place this week during the downtime.
It's such a great feeling when a kit goes from a little f**ker that's been driving you mad for months to something you can step back and admire as a great looking model.

Hopefully I've earned the right to graduate out of the 'Newbie' section now

Thanks! I think I'll be having a hiatus from doing any more for a while, this one really took all my (newbie) skill.

That's far from Newbie work. Excellent work on the kit, very well done!

Haha, thanks guys!
Think eventually I'll do my Defiant next, hopefully that will be more straightforward.
