Finished! AMT's 1400 scale Klingon Vor'cha. I went with the box art color scheme, which is the DS9 era version of it with the green base and red and yello panels. It's more interesting to look at than the original TNG version. I used a base coat of Vallejo Pale Green, the red panels are Vallejo Fire Red, Vallejo Medium Yellow. I then brushed it over with a watered down mix of Vallejo Black Grey for the weathering and just brushed it over liberally. Fun and easy build of one of my favorite ships.

Your paintwork is exemplary- very neat and crisp. Nice photography skills you have too. Definitely a build to be proud of.

Do you mind sharing how exactly you do your washes? Just paint and thinner or water and paint or what's the ratio? Yours is just the right amount to give definition to everything without darkening the modelscaddude wrote: ↑Fri Aug 10, 2018 1:06 amThank you!trekriffic wrote: ↑Thu Aug 09, 2018 10:02 pm Your paintwork is exemplary- very neat and crisp. Superb model, sharply built and an unbelievable paint job, if someone have told me that it was the studio version, I would believe...
