ModelFest 2018-- hey, something local! I'll probably be there tomorrow afternoon and wondering if I might see any other members there.
I know its not Trek-centric, but I'll snap a few pics anyways.

Re: IPSM Space Coast ModelFEST 2018
Just got back. Here's what I picked up:
Ernie Boyette for $15 a piece. I had these models when I was a kid and they represent bookend battleships from WWII. I got the Challenger Tank from Modelgeeks for my son for $15. I also collected a Romulan stand and ship, a Tholian ship and nacelles from Ugh models. Lastly, the Enterprise set from CultTvMan.
I got the battleships Missouri and Arizona from

Nice haul, slawton!
How many models were entered?
Did you ever anything? If so, did you place?

I didn't count - maybe around 200 or so models were on display.MSgtUSAFRet wrote:How many models were entered?
No, I did not enter. They hadn't judged the models before I had left. I put my vote for people's choice toward a sci-fi model (of course), a Star Wars bay with an A-Wing and Y-wing that had lighting even going towards the fighters control panel. I took a bunch of pictures, but assumed this audience would like to see the Trek kits. Here are some more of those from one group A 1/650 Saladin class: Notice the shuttle in the bay: Don't go in there! Believe it's 1/2700 scale. 1/650 Constitution &1/1000 Lynch classes: Another view Another group from the back (all 1/537 scale): A kit-bash Reliant: A standard Reliant: A Constellation variant: Another kit-bash: A medical variant:MSgtUSAFRet wrote:Did you ever anything? Here's what I got from Ugh (Romulan base, 1/2500 Tholian, 1/2500 nacelle pack & 1/2500 Romulan):
Here's their table, bases & stuff (my Romulan was sort of bland compared to the Feds):
Continued, showing more of their stuff (note the space station is in clear for easy lighting):
Continued again (lots of 1/1000 scale stuff):
I've posted what I thought you'd be most interest in, but I have other pictures (tanks, cars, planes, ships, dioramas, figures, etc.). Let me know if there is any interest and I'll post more...I'm a modeler, not a doctor...
