I decided to mark this as complete, even though the final 2% of decals weren't applied until 48hrs after the deadline. The two main reasons being: 1) Cannon Fodder tried his utmost to get the decals ordered and applied well before the deadline. 2) To make it more competitive. We only have a handful of completed builds.
