In 1400 it'd be about 25" long and I dunno if the parts I've got planned would be too big to print lol.
So this model is about 14 inches...

Was more a pondering if a single 2500 ship would look out of place in a 1400 fleet, given the question marks over the ship scale ;)

Okay so small update.

Have tidied the edges and evened out the saucer panels. Have also started working on hollowing the saucer section:

Now I've done a test print check on the model to see if it's too big or way over priced. As a solid saucer, it's going to cost an arm and a leg to print lol so hoping once hollow will drive the costs down. Forecasting the costs the Achilles will be around £50 based on the ship being approximately 24cm in total length which'd make it the biggest most expensive kit I've done to date. Those interested... still interested? lol

Adam,
around 10 inches
There is no dark side of the moon really, matter of fact its all dark.

It'll be around 24.4cm in length when built from tip to tail :)

Here's final update for today, maybe next couplea days as time starts constraining this week lol:

For a torpedo gun boat, there aren't any launchers on the stardrive section. So took some more creative control and added some launchers :)

Did a test print of her - wont tell you how much she's gonna cost, but sadly the Nacelles for reasons unknown wont print so will have to look into it and rebuild if needed so have removed them from the model for now.

Spent (most of) today building the top of the stardrive.

Was a bit of a pain so amended the tail of the saucer to ensure a seamless fit so when the parts come together in the physical world, it should fit together as well as it does in the digital one! The body parts have connectors which should secure in place to avoid issue.

Here are some pics anyhow:

Took a bit of creative control at this point. The original source model for the Dominion War game, is very lax in details and is very low polygon so no major detail. The butt of the ship is baby smooth aside from a few panels. I went one step further and plunged a load of detail into her!

I added the Engineering bulge as it is, but developed the tail, to now include a Shuttlebay (it didn't have one!) and a secondary impulse engine:
