My eyes are about to cross and it is post 2AM. However I have some of the Tiamya gold paint on the Burd. Results? Not good but does not totally suck. Better than Vallio. I over painted two panels and the results looked decent. So two passes should do the trick, But my eyes are crossing and it is post 2 AM.

One shot of the feather detail in progress. It is taking a minimum two coats. There will be much touch up. This is the most tedious part of the build.

I hit the bridge dome on the Kongo while I was at it.

The last couple of weeks have been bad for modeling. Not really bad in general. But my modeling has taken a hit.

So some intermediate pictures I would not normally post.

The dorsal of the Burd. At least I can see where I need some touch up.

I like that you've gone beyond the standard Rommie green/grey/silver-ish paint scheme and let a royal burd be a royal burd
