Hi!

Cay You maybe also print the secondary deflector and the landing foots for an 1400 Revell/Monogram Voyager too?

I need 1x the landing stuff and mind 5x the secondary deflector parts :D :D :D .

On my old work are 3D printers too..alternative I would buy Your .stl (?) data...

Greeting,
Michael

Was considering a 1400 upgrade pack for details so watch this space as I ended up getting the Alliance Voyager as it annoyed me half the major details weren't on the ship.

Sorry been quiet of late, been a manic few weeks and I've been away too. I have been able to get early protoypes cast though!

The saucer for some reason is holding a pocket of air around the escape vent which is irritating me. Cardassian Dreadnought is casting beautifully so orders on her will open very soon.

The Dreadnoughts will be available soon and will be: 2 Casts for £5.00

The Landing Gear I may have to get cast in metal or something, its fine in FUD detail, but in resin its way too weak to support the ship as it snaps under it. Will do some investigating on that one...

Looks fantastic, and worth the wait. Got one of your Akira recently and am very impressed!

Both look great. Any close ups of the problem area to see what you mean.

Not to hand but you can see the blisters on the saucer section by the ruler. Very weird, gonna remould it and change the airvents to see if that helps :)

The other problem that you'll find is that it'll probably have to add a counterweight in the back to offset the huge saucer

So base coat and first coat is on the prototype...

Mixed White with Umbrol Grey Blue to make it a lighter shade consistent with the CGI Voyager model that was used for the reference. It's brighter in RL.

For some reason the 3D Print on the spine on the top of Voyager is a fraction of a MM too low - despite being exact on the model. As a result you'll NEED a little model clay and a file to flush fit it but that isn't anything too inconsistent with resin kits from experience.

Here are some piccies:

The nacelles fit snug but are very loose using friction so the builder "May" want to either use a thin needle or glue after all :( the Aero Shuttle seems okay now a layer of paint has been applied :)
