More to report.....this was from a couple weeks ago, actually, I just haven't been keeping this super updated. The hull decals are basically done here, with just a few small details to finish, and the warp engines were not done yet.

It took me two weekends to get decals for 6 engines sorted out. Remember when we were kids, and had all the time in the world?? Sheesh. I miss that. Anyway, here we are mid-nacelle decal party.....

And.....as of tonight, they're finally attached!

The Saratoga. Side sensor dishes will be installed Tuesday.

Antiope. Her megaphasers still need the top cooling vanes added. Probably Tuesday.

And some shots of the Bozeman. Her four outrigger sensor canon extensions will need a lot of work still to get them straight and level. It'll probably be done by.....wait for it.....

.....Tuesday, maybe? ;-)

Some more progress. Saratoga is getting her sensor bits. At first, I was just going to go with the dish and the spire and leave out the tie rods....but in the end, I decided to go for broke. They.....are pretty small, that's for sure.
Starting the first one...

And replicating the experiment...

And now, time for some primer.

They'll get a final coat of dark orange, then go for final fitting. I think I may use a small piece of wire to reinforce that glue joint between sensor and dish. The tie rods aren't super, but it will pass muster on a 12 inch inspection for the scale. :D

Next on the list, the Saratoga. MAN I have to tell you this was a bear to finish those little sensor dinglehoppers so they look good....but I'm pretty happy with the result!

And finally...a couple fleet pics (with a few shots of the Brattain and the Oberon who came out for good measure)

WHEW! That's all for now, man. I'll resurrect this maybe when I start working on the Endurance class Hippolyta....but right now I'm having fun cleansing the palate with a couple Klingon builds!
