I ordered it in FUD. It's a good medium to use, it can be sanded and cleaned up easily. I wish I had spend the extra $$ and ordered the K'teremny in this stuff as well. WSF isn't all that great.

Thanks for the info, Nova!

Decals for the station and the little teeny Archer class are done! I'm amazed at how well the small details for the Archer came out. Need to let the ink dry completely, then I'll overcoat the decals tonight. Pic coming...

my eyes wince and water already...
There are Times, Sir, when men of good Conscience cannot blindly follow orders. You acknowledge their sentience, but ignore their personal liberties and freedoms. Order a man to hand over his child to the state? Not while I"m captain.

Let me see how they look and lay down on the model. I'll update with a picture just as soon as I get that done. I'm REALLY very excited to put the K-2 project to bed, as it were. These new decals should do the trick.

So, all that's left for the Archer is a couple spots of touch-up paint and a clear coat. Got the decals on tonight:

I went a little too heavy on my gloss clearcoat, so that might bite me in the butt later on. But a final coat of Future over the whole model might help smooth out the decals, so....fingers crossed.

Speaking of crossed, so are my EYES. Holy crap were these things tiny.
