Let me see how they look and lay down on the model. I'll update with a picture just as soon as I get that done. I'm REALLY very excited to put the K-2 project to bed, as it were. These new decals should do the trick.

Re: AMT "K7" Station Project
So, all that's left for the Archer is a couple spots of touch-up paint and a clear coat. Got the decals on tonight:
Speaking of crossed, so are my EYES. Holy crap were these things tiny.
I went a little too heavy on my gloss clearcoat, so that might bite me in the butt later on. But a final coat of Future over the whole model might help smooth out the decals, so....fingers crossed. Speaking of crossed, so are my EYES. Holy crap were these things tiny.

Re: AMT "K7" Station Project
LOL, thanks man.
On an irritating note, remember those decals for the station? The seriously wrong-headed things that matched no natural curve of the hull and kept trying to break into a million pieces? Yeah. They have now permanently bonded to the hull with the force similar to the gravity of a neutron star, and are stubbornly, steadfastedly refusing to come off unless it's micron by micron. I've got them soaking in a little windex right now, but....MAN. Will this project never end??

Ok, so a little cleanup is still in order for the area where I removed the decal, BUUUT....it's gone, and some new decals are in place. Hope you like.

Very nice! By the way, your work on the dome base inspired me to try painting one myself. https://www.flickr.com/photos/132558716 ... 3040/,Link to photo

Re: AMT "K7" Station Project
Certainly makes my want to consider having a go at the K7 station. I tried once before but got frustrated with it (I'm too much of a rivet counter at times)
