Kremin's Build USS Excalibur NCC-1664
Going to use left over parts from the Revere to do a dead in space USS Excalibur from the TOS Episode "The Ultimate Computer"
Also going to use a smooth Primary hull
and some of the parts from the suplimental parts pack
along with loads of extras from spare parts, I might light it showing the internal fires and explosions

Part of me wants to see that, because I know it will be an awesome job.
Part of me wants to scream "No! Build a pristine 1:350 Connie!"

The First Shots hit the Starboard aft underside of the Primary hull, without shields these did massive damage punching right through the main areas of decks 6,7 and 8 opening up both the corridor and turbolift shafts to space through the top of the computer core and emerging through the port side of decks 2 and 3 This caused an explosion in the surrounding compartments including on the bridge where it killed the Captain and 1st Officer
The second blast from Enterprise Raked along the starboard nacelle causing massive damage and feedback to engineering
With the bridge having almost no control they communicated their situation to the Lexington and Junior officers attempted to maintain control from the auxiliary bridge and retreat from battle
The Enterprise fired on other ships in the squadron and went after the Excalibur again with a sustained phaser blast across the top of the secondary hull all of the main areas in the secondary hull were opened up to space. The Port nacelle was cut off the hull at the lower part of the pylon, the engineering section exploded blowing out the hull on the port side and cutting all power
The drifting port nacelle over loaded and exploded causing further damage to the primary hull on decks 6 and 7
With all power out anywhere that didn't have emergency bulkheads was exposed to space. Everywhere that had maintained atmosphere was on fire. Everyone on the Auxiliary bridge died when the malfunctioning main computer opened the doors venting it to space
This is just the start of the cutting and damaging then there is all the internal decks to do that are exposed, the most difficult one will probably be the Engineering division
Last of all will be painting some of the internal fire damage will need to be pre shaded some less subtle ie.

The spare parts have built up over several years waiting for an opportunity I watch ebay and make offers on part builds or broken sets, the smooth hull was on pre-order from when I first saw it last October just keep looking for when they suddenly drop in price or someone offers a bargainMEATLOAFr wrote:

I even got a spare primary hull cheap when someone bought a smoothy and got rid of the one they were working on
If I can find out how to make nacelles in a reasonably cheap way the kit bashes could start thick and fast
