Want want want!
Damn I'm envious of you guys in the states. There's nothing like Wonderfest here. However, I do have Destination Star Trek to look forward to...

Re: Wonderfest announcements
At Xen's request, I conducted an interview with Jamie from Round 2. I'll have more info to your questions in a couple of days. Right now I'm mighty tired and my head is full of mush. I wish it wasn't a WF requirement last night to stay up until 3:30 am, consume 2.5 liters of Bitburger bier, and then wake by 8:00 am. Tomorrow I have a long 14-hour drive home, so hopefully I can post something by Tuesday evening.

Re: Wonderfest announcements
Great news - keep the 1/2500 kits coming! From the picture, the Defiant appears to be ~170m (vs another commonly mentioned size of 120m) and the Galor ~380m (vs another commonly mentioned size of ~470m). I'd imagine the Defiant is the same one available in the DS9 Space Station kit. The Saratoga is likely a modified version of the recently released Reliant from the 1/2500 Motion Picture pack. The Galor would be entirely new. There have been garage kits of all of these, but these kits can also facilitate lighting and fleet-building.
DS9 series had lots of spaceship candidates that appeared fairly regularly. It certainly makes sense for the Defiant (the hero ship) and the Galor (primary ship of the main adversary). I believe the Saratoga only appeared once (in the premiere). I'd have expected Bajoran or Jem'Hadar ships. There are so many great candidates - I'm impatient to get them all.

Just thought that maybe someone could introduce Round 2 to a spellcheck function.
I still remember having to get a replacement decal for an 'Enterpise."
