I'm in. Hotel room has been booked for months, and Ken "Cydonia" Darden has purchased his plane tickets to fly up from Louisiana and join me in the drive down from Michigan.
We're staying over at the Howard Johnson's Express across the street, from Thursday through Monday. They have a "Stay 3 Nights, get 20% off" deal that knocks the per-night room rate down to $76. Plus they offer free WiFi and a free continental breakfast. The cost difference just about covers the fuel cost in driving from Michigan to Kentucky and back again.
So . . . the four of us in the room will be:

Ambassador Londo
Haunted Pen

Ill be there as well as my buddy Gus(Ravocoas) he doesnt post much due to work but he frequents the boards from time to time...staying at the HOJO as well...

I believe that you can as long as you have all of their personal contact information to fill out on the form. I am pretty sure that absentee items are allowed, but you should check the contest rules on the WonderFest website.
I know that you can collect other peoples entries for them provided that you have the paperwork. When my wife had a medical emergency during Wonderfest 2007, Cydonia was able to pick up my entries from the contest room and bring them home because I had given him the sheets. They only check to make sure that you have the correct entry number when you are picking it up off the table. They do not check photo ID's.
