Sorry about the long-winded answer above. I'm a legal assistant, and I've had to do some research recently concerning product liability when you buy the product at a store and it later causes injury. It doesn't attach to the individual/entity who marketed the item. It goes back to the individual/entity that manufactured the item.

You buy a Black & Decker toaster at Meijer. The toaster catches fire and damages your house. You can't sue Meijer because all they did was sell it to you. The lawsuit gets filed against Black & Decker because they made the toaster.

I'd say it's a pretty good chance that whomever has the 1K Ent-E isn't in the mood for selling it.

There's a chance that a few more months of some one looking at an unit kit that's to big to display might decide to get several hundred dollars for it.

It's coming up on a year since your first post. Based on that, and that you've been posting on two different websites (here and on SSM), I'm beginning to think that if the kit was, in fact, produced and somebody does actually have one, they're not willing to give it up.

There's always hope, but after a year . . . .
