Here we go again!
As some of you may remember, a few years back I built the 1/350 scale TOS Enterprise with LED lighting. I then sold it for a few hundred. I totally regret selling it.
So I ordered another kit. This time it's the smooth one. I'm looking forward to sharing the photos of my progress.
And this time, I'm keeping it. It's mine. My own. My precioussssss.

Can't wait to see what you do!
I have the smooth hull that I bought separately, but I'm somewhat tempted to use the smooth bottom half and the grid on top. That's the way I picture the ship from the shadows of my early memory.

It arrived! Now I'm getting that "what have I gotten myself into" feeling.

Re: Here we go again!
And then something TERRIBLE happened!
I hauled my big box o' hobby supplies from storage, and what was the first thing I saw in it? A great big spaceship from that "other" franchise. It's half done already and rigged with LEDs. It's just begging me to finish it before I start something new.
So... I'll update you all when I start the Big E. For now, I have the Aluminum Flagon, or something like that.

What? There some "other" franchise that calls for your attention?
