24 inches long isn't the deal breaker for me, my republic Star Destroyer, Into Darkness Enterprise, Voyager and others are close to that.
But the width is definitely a deal breaker. 18 inches wide means it's not fitting on any of my book shelves.

Hang it from the ceiling. Make sure it has full lights, so it scares the jabeezus out of you, when you get up to go to the can, in the middle of the night.Steam235 wrote:24 inches long isn't the deal breaker for me, my republic Star Destroyer, Into Darkness Enterprise, Voyager and others are close to that.

That thing would be big enough to a motion sensor. You could almost get a French horn in it.

New photo of part of the tooling is up on their blog site. As well as a blurb in the comments about a future 1K scale version. Gonna be a heck of a kit when it's done, even if we have to wait a few more months than originally planned!

Pic of the buildup from the Round 2 table at WonderFest, taken by my friend Eric/zysurge (I have to specify with the username 'cause I've got four friends at WF name of Eric).
