Why not have a "Black Ops" contest.

Paint your ships in the colors of the various powers' secret forces, Section 31, Tal'shiar, Obsidian Order, Whatever the Klingons call their version of the "CIA" or whatever.

That way the various ships can also be customized as well as the builder sees fit, keeping in mind that Black Ops relies on stealth, and not firepower.
