Former defensive lineman... and I build TINY models.. no clue where it comes from, but I do remember laying on my bed as a kid and wishing that my 1/72 WWI German Albatross model was radio control.
Truth be told, I still do that, only in 1/144 WWII now.

So I am trying to get a custom registry made and I can't seem to get the font right. I have a few constitution refit in the 2500 scale and I am wanting to do a few registries of the Constitution and Yorktown, however, I cannot get seem to get the fonts right. Any help would be appreciated.

you will be after the maritime font and it will need tweeking on the settings. I can't remember exactly how as it has been over a year since I last played with such things.
