Story of my life is removing crappy paint from models and trying to repair self-inflicted injuries on my models.
As for roommates who complain about paint fumes and such: take a month and start wearing nothing but a loincloth and a bedsheet, walking around with a glazed-over look in your eyes, and screaming "I AM THE LIZARD KING!!!" while jumping around with a can of spray paint in each hand.
Chances are: the complaints will stop after that.
