Can someone explain the aztec decals to me please. I don't remember these when i was last building ships.

I'm guessing you're asking about the wallpaper decals in that Cadet Enterprise kit(s) you got? The idea is that by using those decals, you don't have to paint the ship if you don't want to and it'll still look good. Not a bad idea and it works pretty well if you're very patient, have a lot of setting solution and maybe a hair dryer for a little heat. They're supposed to make the ship look like it did in the movies, with the differently colored hul plates. It breaks up the monotony of an all white ship.

Has anyone used these for 1/2500 scale

Description says they can be used for sacred scale but a bit of googling found that they are 1/3788 scale for gaming models.
I wonder if I can get them and resize them.

Don't bother resizing and printing unless you just want to experiment or you're looking for a certain name and registry that isn't available.

I have ordered a set from there before and the service is great.
They just don't have Oberth decals in 1/2500. I am also going to look at making my own ones for a kitbash Oberth variant I have my eye on but Ineed the basic ones first to see exactly how I want to change them.
I could just draw up my own set as trial and error but didn't want to waste paper.
I just had the idea to print them off in black ink on normal paper as I was typing the above, even if I was to do several sizes on one sheet to see which was best. This will require the use of my vernier from work to measure the model exactly.

I didn't know if Meatloaf wanted me to advertise for him, but since he mentioned it, I'll let you knw that he printed a set for me and they are BEAUTIFUL! Better looking than many "professional" decals I've bought.
