...and stumbled across these relics from my childhood:
A 44mm long (2.7") USS Rio Grande, still with its stand. This works out around 1/550 scale, but in my head cannon it seems about right to match my 1400 Enterprises. I always thought that if the Runabouts were given proper registries and treated like actual Starships then they should be significantly bigger than shuttles at least:
I think the Rio Grande came with this massively out of scale DS9, which has suffered some damage over the years including missing most of a lower pylon:
My sole Star Trek action figure - why on earth I bought him I've no idea:
Off topic, but I also found this little gem:
Action figures for children from R rated films
Good to have these back in my collection anyway

Re: Cleared out some old boxes....
I miss Micro Machines. I'd pop into a Kaybee or a Toys R' Us as a kid and find a three pack of Micro Machines. I remember coming back from a summer in England all excited about the third big boxed set of Star Trek Micro Machines with Voyager and the Enterprise-E in it.
That Arnold is hilarious though. Were his torso and arms always that mismatched or did the figure just age really badly?

I think it's just a trick of perspective, his arms are permanently bent at the elbow too which doesnt help.
