Modified Playmates TNG Tricorder

I did this several years ago. I did sell it though. Again, it uses GMProp electronics. The toy was heavily modified to fit the electronics. I would love to do another one day.

Nicely done, but what's with the smiley face?

HaHa, I think it's just his way of saying thanks for buying his electronics!

Hi, new to the forum.

Dumb question here but as far as size is concerned, is the Playmates tricorder is 1:1 to the actual prop? I have both the medical and the science tricorder and would love to do this to them. It just never occurred to me that it would work.

I believe it was as close to a 'proper'ly sized tricorder.
