okay guys, let's be nice to the russian folk.

i know it was a ''thing'' back in the early tos days, but these topics can easily spiral from harmless to out of control.

and yes, ''section 31'' has become cluttered and is hardly used these days. so, after six years we decided to decloak. all part of the plan. not a mistake at all.
