no it is not it is closer to the tmp era refit size then the tiny undersized tos version and plus it looks closer in shape to the tmp refit version then the tos version

it is not there is 4 other starfleet ships smaller the nimiz class the hoover class the magee class the malachowski class are all smaller then the connie
constitution class is 385 m long
nimitz class is 383 m long
hoover class is 356 m long
malachowski class is 277 m long
magee class is 226 m long

And yet, the Nimitz and the Hoover clearly out-ton the Constitution. The Connies have always been portrayed as the biggest and the baddest in the fleet, until the advent of the Excelsior. Suddenly, it's a corvette.

The 1/1000 TOS Enterprise in only 11" long, while the Discoprise at 1/1000 clocks in at 18.9".

I'm looking forward to when they sync ST:D with ST:TOS by having the Enterprise fly through an anomaly, where all it's hull plating is busted off, revealing the TOS Big E...
