Studio Scale Enterprise-C

Hi everyone!

I'm Brandomack, i operate Brandomack Productions. I'm currently working on a studio scale master of the Enterprise-C, i'm working from original construction prints from the TNG art department.

After some research, some building, and a lot of sanding, i was left with this..

I'm curious to know what your building materials are for this. Something this size surely can't be styrene or resin, right? What will be her final dimensions?

The master is sheet styrene, Blue EPS, and west system epoxy.

The castings will be epoxy with aluminum armature
