Not much more to report- I've been busy with day to day needs needing fulfillment.

I did take a gander at the Decal Placement guide; And even though one has many options to create/decal the Enterprise in any of the variations (First Pilot, Second Pilot, Series Version, and the Mirror Mirror ones) the kit is essentially JUST the Series version.
There are no variant parts available from the maker of the kit, like it did with the 1/1000 version.

And as such I cannot make it as anything other than a series version due to a predetermined agreement. I'm free to use another kit that I'd purchased to use alternative parts if I so desire- I just cannot do so with this one.

For those who are interested in doing so- JTGraphics does offer some rather nifty alternatives: https://jt-graphics.com/RP_650.html

I just thought I'd offer these up for those who'd be interested in such.

A dead heat for Enterprise/Defiant. I may just go the Defiant route.

I seem to have stumbled across a set of amino acids that help my mood.

I'm (Preliminarily!) planning on doing up the decals for this craft sometime soon- if my amino acid luck holds. Or very slowly if not.

Does anyone else wish to upset the apple cart and vote in for something OTHER than U.S.S. Enterprise? Which is what it stands at now?

DONE!!!
Yorktown it is!

Thanks.

But, by an amazing coincidence the U.S.S. Yorktown NCC-1704 will get refit and eventually become the Enterprise when the -A is commissioned:

A sort of- Pre Enterprise.

Going with NCC-1704, huh? ;)

It's certainly better than the sort of high NCC-1717.

Yeppers.

The Great Bird said that 1704 was Yorktown- good enough for me.
