Enterprise D

These are some pics of my 1701-D from one of the three ship sets. I used Absolute Models decals in place of the kit decals. Re: Mario's models

Very impressive fleet you've got there. Lighting really adds to a model's realism. Nice execution of the "Raytheon Effect" for the refit. Might do the sme thing myself if I ever get around to building mine.

Re: Enterprise remastered

Nice. What do you recommend for the saucer and shuttlebay lights? I wanted to reshape the Shuttlecraft. It looks smaller than the Johnny Lightning Enterprise (same scale). thank you for the tips. Lights for the saucer and shuttlebay? Hmmmm... first thing I'd do is turn new domes for the saucer usin...

Re: Enterprise remastered

Looks Good. I like how the deflector dish is and the nacelles. Any tips? Here are a few WIP photos showing some of the modifications I made to the kit: Reshaped B-C decks: 1-2500TOSEnt-AMT3ShipSetWIP1.jpg Replaced nacelle "balls" with craft store beads and reshaped fantail and bay doors: 1-2500TOSE...

Re: Production series Enterprise NCC-1701

Pretty sure I've seen this one on some of the other boards and I must say, it's one of the best builds of the subject in this scale. What base color did you use for the hull? Thanks Shark. The hull color is based on Paul Newitt's article about the original Enterprise color and is the closest I coul...

Re: Ferengi D'Kora class

Wow! A great build of an unusual subject not seen very often in modeling circles. I have the smaller one from the old STTNG Adversary set which is okay but it's a real treat to see one built in a larger scale like this. I think your weathering looks just right. One question regarding the colors you ...

Enterprise remastered

This is my version of the original series remastered Enterprise built from the 3 ship AMT set which also included the refit and the D. I used Absolute Models decals for all the ships; however, all the windows were black so I went in with a white gel ink pen to make some of them lit. After sealing wi...
