Not to spam the thread, but I thought of another: Christophe Beck. I loved his score for the Muppets.
More recently, Christophe's score for Frozen was equally good. I loved the accapella voices coupled with the orchestra. Beautiful!

Re: Favorite Music

Gents, We do share alot of composers and scores! James Horner, Alan Menken, Hans Zimmmer, James Newton Howard ("Dinosaur" is one of my favorites), John Powell, and, what list would be complete without the great John Williams! All the above mentioned score plus scores (didja see what I did there?!) o...

Re: Favorite Music

I collect movie scores. Just love that type of music, among others. TrekMD - we should talk!! I have so many movies scores, I have even indoctrinated my kids to love them. I speak of composers like others speak of Rock Stars. Didn't hurt that I was a Music Major in another life! If ya want; no pres...

Re: TOS Romulan BoP

Did you ever get him repaired? I'm hoping so, as this was a sweet build. Not as yet. I did do some patching with Perfect Plastic Putty (PPP) and glued the shell back together. I'm trying to figure out how to sand and finish smooth without damaging too much of the Bird's tail. I will also have to th...

Showing Models and Judging standards

Hey all, First, this is not sour grapes. I really want to learn and discuss. So please take it as it was meant, plz! :) I recently went to a couple of shows and showed a few (okay, "ALL" four) of my models. While I am not the most skilled nor do I consider myself a Master builder, I don't think I am...
