I wouldn't get too comfortable around Starbuck either. Definitely would stay away from this guy!

No, the USS Springsteen is a quality ship- a total workhorse of an Excelsior. An older model that still kicks ass.
The USS Springfield is a Huron class- vaguely interesting to look at as a period piece, but it's been useless for many decades.
