People tend to forget that when precision matters drills need a little help.

Made more progress on the Round 2
I made more window location templates and marked those window holes, then drilled out with my dremel and a 0.5mm bit
there are some windows missing from the rear of the secondary hull, as well as the top half. So I pulled out my Star Trek 3 and 6 DVDs and put them on my plasma and was watching in slow motion and marking. I tried to find a good resource for more pictures, but none of the studio models really show the area clearly for me to be able to make the windows. So I did my best, marked these with a fine point permanent marker, used my push pin to make a pilot punch mark, then drilled. On the upper half of the secondary hull I used my pin vise, its pretty thin there so I didnt want the dremel to burn/melt through

Nice.
I used the same technique, but with the window decals from starship modeller for the 2500 D.
