Can you do a dry fit without the lighting added and take some pics? Call it "finished". Then you can add the lighting later if it arrives too late for the contest.

She been delivered to Starfleet for her space trials following the EDP-3 refit, she will be fitted out with her pennant and full registry after a testing period then be re-commisioned into full service once again
