ONX-01"Osiris" - Multi-Mission slipstream Prowler [WIP]

Hey,
So this is something that sort of just happened yesterday.
Inspired in part by the TNG Vulcan ships and some random ship I found on CGtrader.
5 person crew, piles of weapons, compact slipstream drive and some as yet to be made up ablative armour. Maybe just maybe some kind of passive stealth tech.
She's for my fanfic - and as such I've some ideas as to why and who built her. No name yet though but since it was designed by the person who designed the Defiant class it'll have to be something along 'defianty' lines.

Very close! But I've a funny feeling that by the time this ship would be built S31 will either be completely destroyed or at the very least in bits and pieces and largely ineffectual. But that's just extrapolating from where the recent S31 books have gone over the last couple of years. Spoilers!

Head canon. It's a Science Academy ship now.

It does look like a sleek warship though. At first it reminded me of a terran ship from the tabletop game Firestorm Armada. No science ships with them, no sir.

Playing around with some procedurally generated hull plating - not so good but its a start, gives me some ideas about how the lines might go when I actually model them.

Ok, armour sort of done. Not angry enough but in place.
Some of the interior mapped out, just boxes at this point really. Will eventually be a couple of cots, a replicator and some other storage/refresher gear.

Yeah, that could work. Not exactly luxury but if there was the need it'd do.
Still needs pulse phaser cannons.
