Ok time to get back to the project applied the Base color and about 15 coats of clear acrylic to level out the bubble in the resin. Also did some more design work in photoshop on the head of my bird decal... i will fire off some pictures tomorrow

Uh dude. What kind of clothing is your model sitting on in the last pic?
There are Times, Sir, when men of good Conscience cannot blindly follow orders. You acknowledge their sentience, but ignore their personal liberties and freedoms. Order a man to hand over his child to the state? Not while I"m captain.

Re: Lost era Romulan capital ship 1/2500
BACKSTORY:
By the mid-24th century, relations between the Romulan Star Empire and the Klingon Empire had become strained. After gaining knowledge from Klingon technology the Romulans had begun an intense period of ship building. In 2344 the alliance ended when four Romulan warbirds decloaked and began an orbital bombardment of Narendra III a poorly-defended Klingon colony. In response to the Klingon distress call the Federation starship U.S.S. Enterprise 1701-C responded and engaged the Romulan ships. While there was no solid evidence It was surmised that the Enterprise eventually succumbed to the four Warbird and was destroyed or was it? What type of ships could take out a state of the art Federation starship? This is my vision
HISTORY:
This project was based on resin castings that I have been playing with. The master was supplied to me by one of our own board member with the request for some castings and to see what I could come up with for decals with the thought of doing a limited run of castings for the group. Let me know what you think!
PROJECT:
The project was composed of exactly 6 pieces and decals of course.
I have also tried something new by setting the decals for a coat of clear acrylic both during application and of course afterward. This produced a super high gloss coat until a final dull coat and light airbrush weather was completed.
