Greetings Earthers,
I have been building Star Trek models on and off since 1975 or so. As far as which Trek is best, my vote is for TOS.
The stories/writing are top notch (first & second seasons anyway).
Have some completed ships and many in process. I am good at building but painting and finishing are not my best skills.
Glad to be on the site and look forward to submitting photos and more.
Jeff

Re: New to ALL SCALE TREK
Now on to the show...
I have a multitude of ST models. Mostly TOS. Have ALL the AMT kits.
Been collecting since I can't remember when.
Here goes the brag, I have several boxed pristine AMT Enterprises (1966) and several D-7's as well.
Had to have my dad build an Enterprise when I was 7. The ship turned out great until the day of destruction.
Lost a nacelle and it went downhill from there.
Currently working on the ST 6 Enterprise (the one with the wretched fake panels). Will light this one.
Also working on painting a 1/1000 refit.
K, have to go, I am at work...SHHHH

Welcome! Everyone here has their likes/dislikes and strengths/weaknesses when it comes to builds… our own version of IDIC, if you will!
