Hailing Frequencies Open...

Postby Xen » Thu Dec 03, 2015 1:37 pm

It's very quiet these days. Where are all the regulars?

As one example, Roguewolf? I would love to see some of your new kitbashes.

This is a roll call. Who's doing what, and if you're busy, tell us so we don't bug you. :innocent:

Still here. Still (slowly) working on my XCV Enterprise kitbash, and working on my Enterprise Evolution 2500 scale (awaiting a couple of additions). While dealing with what life likes to toss in my way. :?

I'm working on my 1/350th refit cutaway. But I also work in a department store and we're oddly busy this time of year....

I've been on a bit of a roll with my own stuff lately, but I assume people are busy when it's slow here. I have a few non-trek models to get to so I may quiet down for a bit in between projects. Or maybe even in the middle of projects, like I always tend to do.

Same old; putting things off 'til it's too cold to paint, then I'll have a better excuse.

Hey Xen, I'm still here, just been in 'lurk mode'.

I've been going through a real bad spell of Modelers Block these last 6 or so months. But it looks like the spell is coming to an end, I have been at the bench the last few nights, and I have made some progress. I'll try to get some posts made this weekend or next.

The last thing I did was the Sphinx Work Pod build; viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2905
I still don't have any decals or touch up paint on her.

What do I need to get back too?

The Seolkis Vulcan Cruiser,
The Lewis and Clark Fed TOS survey ship,
The Ferengi Possession Class,
The Leviathan Class.

On top of that I need to get some serious work on my 1/144 Star Wars Freighter - the Wounded Wolf.

So, If I get some actual work done at the bench, you can expect some updates!

I'm here. Winter is my slow modeling period. Especially right around the holidays.

That.

I'm still out here as well, but haven't had any time to model for months. In fact, I think the last time I was at the bench was when I was doing the cutaway review. That was August.

Hoping for a return to modeling (and posting here at AST) when/if things calm down. Meanwhile, I can still enjoy modeling vicariously by stopping by and seeing what all of you are doing. Keep 'em coming.

I'm around busy time at work and family stuff still ever growing collection of almost finished models.

Currently attention on 1/350 Remora but have a 1/350 NX-01 refit and 1/350 Reliant shouting from the side lines and about 10weeks of deagostini's millennium falcon to catch up on

If I could use the garage there might be some progress but it's just too cold out there

They make portable heaters. This is what I use in my garage for the coldest days: Image
