I know most don't but I prefer the size of the old 1/537. Big enough for good detail and yet small enough to display without a lot of room.

Box scale! 1400 for TNG ships. 537 for the TOS ships, 677 for Voyager. the Revell 1/500 2009 ship. Big enough to have fun with the build, easy to light, easy to paint. at these scales aztecing makes more sens than aztecing at 1/2500th. They can be seen on the shelf from across the room...

My vote is for "Other" 1/537 scale. Of the 6 ships I've built, 3 have been in 1/537 scale.

But I predict that 1/2500 will win because of its flexibility to include smaller and larger ships, and the vast number of kits done in that scale.

No real doubt on the outcome :P

There is a reason it is "Sacred"
Garry AKA --Phoenix-- Rising above the Flames.
"I saw it done on Voyager" is no excuse for anything, even breathing.

1/2500 for me.
I use them for tabletop gaming and they offer enough detail to be interesting and not hard to store or move around.

1/2500.

Why? Cause there are so many kits available in the scale. Fleets of ships. Literally.

With enough shelf space left over to accommodate a few more
