Getting the seat back correctly shaped. There is a chair under all the stuff. Clamped in with a paint brush to get the plastic to curl into the curve of the chair. Well see how this works. One of those three handed jobs.

Did you heat the plastic beforehand?

No, just glue and pressure. The paint brush is one I had just thrown out. It was the perfect size. I threw it back out. Its bristlelessness offends me.

A couple of quick shots front and back. I need to do shaping and filling the gap between the two sheets. I used 0.020" on the front and 0.010" on the back.

No measurement or comparison to the actual Burk chair was done. Just mark one Eyeball and that looks about right.
