Re: USS Voyager: Completed!

Very nice indeed! Yes, I'm interested on wether there are any differences in length between the two of them.

Just remember to start light and progressively go deeper. The quality of your compass will be the most important factor. One that can be locked to size so it doesn't stray :)

Re: OTB: AMT/R2 1:537 USS Reliant (another one)

Damn it. I was afraid of that. I''m also not so confident I have the skills to pull it off. Mind if I ask how you did it? Tools, techniques, etc? ;) It's pretty easy. Fill the old grid lines in. The grid lines are in the wrong place on the saucer, not the DSML sensors. It would be easier to re-scribe the grid lines as I have done on my build.

Re: Fathers Day (Australia) gift 1/1000 display case

It isn't designed for more shelves but you could drill some more holes in the chrome uprights if you were so inclined. I only have one more kit I'm going to display in this case (the 1/1000 phase 2), so I should be able to squeeze that one in :)

Winter builds

A few 1/2500 scale goodies in various stages of completion. Can't seem to get much further on these as the weather is too cold to paint here at the moment:(

Ignore the 1/72 scale shuttles at the back (for another thread later on).
