Re: Evilbay

My wife has several of those. Luckily she is not practicing how to throw them around like ninja stars They need replacing now and again. The Local Jo Ann's carry’s the things. She has one for her cloth and don't you dare cut anything else. I have a freehand one and one in a precise paper cutter. Ye...

Instruction Sheet Bank

I think we need this. As a single sticky topic in General or Construction or as one each in the scale section.

Which do the mods approve of?

Tell me about it. I would use a thinned "craft paint" if using that method. They come off easily as it is when you don't want them to..

Re: TOS-E WIP

It is not a great model fit or finish. The one on my shelf sucks badly. I don't even plan to fix it, toss and replace.

I admire any effort to get the thing looking half-way good.

The numbers get stupid big, stupid fast. There is no way to talk about interstellar distances in any meaningful Human gr...

Re: IPMS Northern Model Show 2017

I loved the Gary Anderson stuff as a kid. Thunderbirds, Super Car, Fireball XL5. I found a book on the Thunderbirds last year and grabbed that puppy with glee. I would love to get some of the toys I didn't have as a kid. The Fireball XL5 chief among them.

Not much TV SF before Trek.
