Re: Wonderfest 2018, Just around the corner

I'd love to go but it would be a bit of a 'trek' lol
I don't think the wife would like me going all that way on my own either and she certainly wouldn't do the trip.
I guess I will have to live it through your experiences.

Re: 2500 Ent-D

I have a battlehead coming too so will see how they fit together before fitting them to the relative parts. I used a mini cutter in a dremel to cut the parts away from the saucer but left the edge rough as did not want to cut too much away. I will have some time Monday to cut more accurately but fit...

Re: 2500 Ent-D

Thanks for the pics and that came out sweet and looks perfect to me, but it's all about perspective. ;) You're looking at the side (top) that is meant to go inside the saucer so I wouldn't bother doing any work to the top. The underside is the part that is on show and matches to the battle bridge.....

Thanks Marc

Think of how interchangeable the parts would be. It would be a kitbashers dream.
TOS parts on TNG or VOY ships.

Re: 2500 Ent-D

well, I will give it a lick of paint tomorrow after a good scrubbing to see how it looks. The top of the battlehead side looks fantastic with detail. I didn't take a photo of the other side.

Re: 2500 Ent-D

Took delivery of the part today. Oh Marc, oh Marc. Where did we go wrong with you. The part is great and the detail is exquisite. Only problem is that it is the part is what would go on the battlehead. What I would like is the mating part that would go inside the saucer. It is a great part and I lik...

Re: 1600 lighting RBOP

Some light blocking today. And looking at it now, I think I will take Trekriffic's advice and chop the FO down short and use either 1 or 2 LED's inside the hull.

Also have the wiring made up for the nacelles ready to pop in.
