Always thought this design was an odd duck. Just don't see the advantage to having one wing like that. Bizarro.

For plastic or styrene kits you can use polystyrene cement. This actually melts the parts together. For resin kits or printed materials you need to use either superglue, CA glue, or a two part epoxy resin. Superglue is quite brittle so sometimes some strengthening needs to be done. I found that white glue mixed with warm water does wonders for stubborn decals. Use a small soft brush to apply the glue mix just uner the edge of the decal. Continue gently pressing down on the edge until the glue sets, a microbrush works well for this, then wipe away any excess with the microbrush...
